Frequently Asked Questions
What will I receive when I purchase an item from your store?
All of the listings in our store are for instant downloads containing an SVG, PNG, DXF, and EPS file in a zipped folder. These cut files can be used for cutting vinyl with your Silhouette, Cricut, or other cutting machine. You can also print these graphics to frame or create iron-on or sublimation transfers, create a stencil for painting a wood sign, or more!
We do not provide any physical products, so please note that nothing will be mailed to you.
How do I access the files from my order?
All of our files are available through instant download. After you place your order, you will be taken to a page where you can access your download links. You will also receive an automatic email from us with links to download the files for your purchase. This email is separate from your order confirmation.
Can I sell products that I make using these files?
All of our files come with a limited commercial license that allows you to produce up to 100 items (like shirts, signs, mugs, or tumblers) to sell using each design, providing you are making them in house and not using a third party printer.
There are certain restrictions on what can be sold under our basic license. If you want to sell 101-500 items, or sell stencils or transfers in any quantity, you will also need to purchase our Extended License in addition to the design files.
You may not upload this file to print-on-demand websites, such as but not limited to Cafe Press, Zazzle, Amazon Merch, Printful, etc. under any circumstances.
It is your responsibility to check the USPTO database and research trademarks for any item you wish to sell.
Can I use these files with my software, cutting machine, or device?
You can use these files with programs such as Silhouette Studio, Cricut Design Space, Inkscape, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc. Please verify that these file types will work with your specific program, cutting machine, and/or other device before purchasing.
For Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Designer or Business Edition, use the SVG file.
For the basic/free Silhouette software, use the DXF file.
PNG is typically used for printing or iron-on transfers (has a transparent background).
Most mobile devices will not allow you to download and extract files from a zipped folder. You will need to have a computer or a special app to unzip these files to use on your phone or tablet.
Help! I can't find the SVG file in my download!
All of our designs include an SVG file. It is very common for Windows computers to assign a browser like Internet Explorer or Google Chrome as the default program for opening SVG documents, so if you see a file with one of those logos, that is going to be the file you need to use. If your computer is using Google Chrome as the default program, it may even say "Chrome HTML document," but it is really the SVG file.
If your computer is doing this, do not worry! The file will still open as normal and work correctly in your software.
Here is a tutorial that explains why your computer does this and how to update your default settings: https://bit.ly/2XhVe3L.
Help! I am having trouble accessing my files, opening them in my software, or using this design!
If you have any questions about accessing or using your files, I am always happy to help you troubleshoot! Please feel contact me and I will work to help you find a solution.
When you contact me, it helps me to assist you more quickly if you include information about which software you are using for your project, which file type you are using, and a detailed description of what is happening. If you can include a screenshot or a photo of your computer screen, that is helpful too so I can see exactly what is going on.
Do you take custom orders?
I love working on special requests! If you have an idea for something with mass appeal, please submit a request and I will add it to my list of design ideas.
I do not take orders for truly custom designs that I cannot resell or designs with licensed characters or other copyrighted material.
